Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pandaza, provided by Pandaza. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Pandaza automates reconciliation of document pairs. AI is used only during template onboarding; reconciliations run deterministically.

Accounts & acceptable use

You’re responsible for your account and for using the service lawfully. Don’t upload content you have no right to process, attempt to breach security, or abuse rate limits.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via our payment provider (Safepay). Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and keep access through the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.

Your data & IP

You own your documents and the reconciliation outputs. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Raw documents are deleted immediately after processing. Generated report files (downloadable PDF/Excel) are kept for a plan-based window — Base 30 days, Trial 90 days, Starter 1 year, Professional 2 years, Enterprise for the contract term — after which the file is removed while its history entry (non-sensitive summary) is retained. If you downgrade to the free Base plan, older report files may age out on the Base schedule; download anything you need to keep beforehand. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

AI & accuracy disclaimer

Pandaza assists with reconciliation but does not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for verifying financial accuracy before relying on any output.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination & governing law

Either party may terminate per these Terms. They are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Questions: hello@pandaza.net.
